Classroom Management Workshop: Designing Behaviour, Not Just Managing It

At Ramagya School, Noida, our Teacher Training Cell conducted a full-day Classroom Management Workshop focused on transforming the way educators approach behaviour in the classroom. The workshop emphasized that effective classroom management is not about control, but about thoughtful design.
The day began with a pre-workshop reflection, helping teachers identify real challenges in their classrooms. Using design thinking, teachers explored strategies to shape classroom spaces, routines, relationships, and student engagement effectively.
Interactive activities like role plays, KWL charts, and collaborative ideation allowed teachers to co-create solutions and translate learning into practical strategies. Post-workshop reflection ensured that insights gained could be applied immediately to classroom practice.
