The three R’s – reduce, reuse and recycle – all help to cut down on the amount of waste we throw away. To learn how to prevent excessive and unnecessary waste, students of class IV and V participated in an activity of ‘Pen Stand making’ and ‘Stationery kit making’ using plastic bottles and old shoeboxes. These activities made the students realise that by practicing the three R’s they not only make the environment happy but also save their money.
