Ramagya School’s Cricket team under-14 decked up to prove their mettle in the 2nd D.D Memorial U-14 Cricket Tournament held at Bhumi 2 Cricket Ground, Noida Extension. In the quarter-final match, Ramagya school vs Shiksha Niketan School – Ramagya batted first and made an impressive total of 160 runs in 30 overs and easily defended the target. Prince Yadav of class 10thwas declared Man of the Match for smashing 67 runs in 47 balls. In the semi-final match Ramagya school vs SR Global School, Ramagya School bowled first and bowled out the opposition team for just 102 runs. Ramagya School chased down the target in 17 overs. Divyansh Sengar of class 11threceived the Man of the Match award for picking up 6 wickets in just 5 overs spell.

The final match exhibited competitiveness from the team, Ramagya School and CCDS Public school with Ramagya School becoming victorious. Shrinkhal Chaturvedi was awarded Man of the Match for his brilliant bowling performance. While the winners were cheered, the efforts of the runners up were equally appreciated. Both the teams presented an impressive show.

Prince Yadav bagged the Best Batsman of the Tournament Award by smashing 168 runs in the tournament and Divyansh Sengar got the Best Bowler of the Tournament for taking 12 wickets in the tournament.
