On Mental Health Action Day, Ramagya School, Noida organized a special assembly for the students of grade I to V. Students shared their experiences with their peers and expressed their overwhelmed feelings amid the COVID-19 crisis. A PPT was also shown on the importance of taking care of mental health. Students also did breathing exercises to calm themselves and also learned a Japanese technique to relax. In the end, students played a group game which helped them in being alert and pay attention to the instructions. They were advised to do yoga for 20 minutes every day in order to feel energetic and peaceful.
