World Food Day was celebrated at Ramagya School on 18th October with an aim to create awareness about good nutrition and the importance of following a balanced diet. The purpose of the celebration was to motivate students to not waste food, as wasted food means wastage of money and efforts. Students of the middle wing participated in Fireless cooking and students from Primary wing were shown an educational video – ‘Rosita Learns about World Food Day’. The teachers encouraged the students to adopt healthy eating habits as eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being.
