We are committed to the holistic development of our students, integrating emotional and social well-being with academic excellence. Recently, we had the honor of hosting a series of workshops led by Ms. Gunnika Chawla, a distinguished expert in child psychology and mental health.
Ms. Chawla’s workshops were tailored to different grade levels to address their unique developmental needs. Class 4 focused on building self-esteem through interactive activities like “Mirror Talk” and “My Strengths Chart.” Class 5 students learned to foster meaningful friendships with exercises such as “Friendship Circles.”
Class 6, students explored emotional intelligence through “Emotion Charades” and “Feelings Wheel.” The Class 7 workshop addressed bullying prevention with “Role Reversal,” while Class 8 students gained skills in self-care and stress management through techniques like mindfulness.
These workshops are a testament to our dedication to nurturing well-rounded and resilient students.
