Noida District Olympic Games 2026 Marks a Historic Beginning at Ramagya Sports Academy

History was created in Noida as the city hosted its first ever Noida District Olympic Games from 1st May to 7th May 2026 at Ramagya Sports Academy in association with the District Olympic Association, Gautam Buddh Nagar, affiliated with the Uttar Pradesh Olympic Association.
The landmark event brought together more than 2000 athletes from schools and clubs across the district, creating a platform that celebrated competition, sportsmanship, and future sporting aspirations.
Featuring over 10 sporting disciplines including Athletics, Basketball, Boxing, Football, Volleyball, Shooting, Gymnastics, Karate, Badminton, Taekwondo, Table Tennis and more, the tournament offered young athletes meaningful competitive exposure.
Ramagya Sports Academy proudly hosted Basketball and Boxing events, providing professional infrastructure and a high-performance sporting environment throughout the championship.
One of the most significant aspects of the event was its structured progression pathway, where district-level winners advanced towards State Olympic opportunities and beyond.
Adding to the celebration, RSA athletes secured an impressive 9 Gold Medals and 2 Silver Medals, reflecting the dedication, discipline, and sporting culture nurtured at the academy.
More than a tournament, this event represented the beginning of a larger vision- to prepare students for national, international, and future Olympic opportunities.
