On the occasion of International Yoga Day, our school was filled with calm energy and positive vibes. The event began with a warm welcome, followed by an inspiring session that explained the true benefits of yoga in everyday life. 

Guided by our yoga experts, students and staff performed simple yet effective yoga asanas that promote physical health, mental peace, and emotional balance. The active participation from teachers, admin, and students created a strong sense of unity and wellness.

The celebration reminded everyone how yoga can bring harmony to our lifestyle and why it should be a daily practice.
