We prioritize holistic student development, including mental well-being. Recently, students of grades 3 to 5 participated in a specialized mindfulness and relaxation session aimed at cultivating essential life skills.

This session introduced them to mindfulness practices such as deep breathing exercises and mindful coloring, designed to enhance awareness, focus, and relaxation techniques. Led by experienced facilitators, the session emphasized the benefits of mindfulness, encouraging students to express gratitude and engage in mindful activities to better understand and manage their emotions.

Feedback from participants highlighted their enjoyment and eagerness to integrate these practices into their daily routines.
