Quiet Time Programme-Transcendental Meditation
Ramagya School, Noida is introducing a consciousness-based programme first time in India-called the Quiet Time Programme which will bring fulfilment in every student in school. This programme includes the transcendental meditation technique to unfold the total potential of every child. TM reduces stress, allows children to be happy and fulfilled while at the same time increasing their intelligence and creativity.
The school was recently visited by delegates – Dr Ashley Deans who is a Canadian Physicist, educator, researcher, author, and politician. He is also the Executive Director of Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment. He is the former president of Natural Law Party of Ontario, Director of International Programme, Member of the Board of Advisors of the David Lynch Foundation and Professor of Education and Physics at the Maharishi University of Management. Ms Percilla Herrera- Director of Outreach Centre of Health and Wellness, David Lynch Foundation, New York City, USA. Mr.Martin Stepinoph- International Faculty of Consciousness-Based Education and Foundation for Vedic Science and Technology, India and Ms Rebecca Busch from David Lynch Foundation. They guided the students to meditate in an effective manner.
The Quiet Time programme is the reason behind the steep upward trajectory of our innovative, strong-willed student’s transformation into new-age leaders.
