Ramagya School conducted ‘say no to crackers’ activity and helped the students to understand how burning of crackers leads to health problems and environmental pollution. Students were introduced to new ways of celebrating green Diwali and were convinced to avoid burning of crackers whenever possible. They also expressed their thoughts and ideas on how pollution deteriorates condition of air and water. Also, they understood that burning of crackers results in abundant waste which eventually pollutes the soil. After poster making and slogan writing activities, students participated in a rally shouting slogans in unison while maintaining social distancing policy. This campaign sensitized  the students in offering their respect towards their environment.
