The school recently hosted a meaningful Reading Circle for teachers titled Windows and Words, inspired by the book Totto-Chan: The Little Girl at the Window. The session encouraged teachers to reflect deeply on how learning spaces can be more joyful and curiosity-driven.

Through selected excerpts, open dialogue, and design thinking activities, teachers explored innovative ways to redesign classrooms into vibrant, engaging environments. This initiative aimed to go beyond traditional teaching methods and nurture creativity in education.

It was a powerful step towards reimagining how children learn and how teachers inspire. This workshop proved that Ramagya believes in helping everyone learn and grow.
