On World Mental Health Day, our school organized a guided meditation session aimed at promoting awareness and well-being among students. This event was particularly noteworthy as a Grade 7 student took the initiative to lead the meditation practice, showcasing remarkable leadership skills.

The session provided a calm and peaceful environment, encouraging students to focus on mindfulness and self-care. This initiative not only highlighted the importance of mental health but also demonstrated the proactive spirit of our young learners in fostering a supportive school atmosphere.

By participating in such activities, we aim to create a community where students can thrive both academically and emotionally, emphasizing the significance of mental health in their overall development.
