We celebrated English Week from 5th to 9th May, with a focus on enhancing language skills through creativity, communication, and critical thinking. The week featured a variety of engaging activities across all grades, encouraging students to express themselves in unique and meaningful ways.
From grammar-based art, bookmark and poster making, to caption writing and blackout poetry, students explored the creative side of language. Speaking activities like storytelling, extempore, and poetry recitation helped build confidence and clarity in communication. Events such as ‘Dress and Tell’ and persuasive book pitches nurtured public speaking skills, while reasoning-based tasks strengthened logical thinking.
English Week sparked imagination, built confidence, and deepened students’ love for the English language.
