Ramagya School, Noida is elated to share that it was chosen by the District Administration Gautam Budh Nagar to conduct National Fire and Evacuation Drill on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, to create awareness among students. These drills are conducted to ensure evacuation swiftly in times of emergency. The School Fire Management Committee guided and assisted the students in the mock fire and evacuation drill. Fire alarm team, Evacuation team, Search and Rescue team, First Aid team comprising of teachers and students conducted the drill smoothly.
During the drill, Search and rescue team and first aid team members were vigilant, they made sure that no one is left in the building and everyone was safe. Mr.Kamlesh Mishra, the Fire Officer- Sector 2 Noida, spoke to the students on the occasion and, congratulated them and Principal Ms Aparna Magee for successfully conducting the drill. It was an essential survival skill and hands-on experience for the students, keeping in mind their safety and security. The drill prepared them for emergency situations in the future.
