“Cooking together is not just about ingredients, recipes, and cooking. It’s about harnessing imagination, empowerment, and creativity.
Ramagya School, Noida organized Diwali Fiesta-a fireless cooking activity on October 25th, 2019. The students of classes VI-XII participated with enthusiasm and zeal. The students organized a sale of edible items – Vegetable Sandwich, Dry Fruit, Ladoo, Lemonade and fruit chaat etc. for the school students and staff. The teachers guided the students in the procurement of ingredients and preparation of various dishes. Each class came together as a team and made an effort to make a difference in preparation of dishes, and decoration of their food-stall. During the activity, students were exposed to the intricacies of teamwork and discipline. The activity turned out to be a great learning experience for students. The students showed a remarkable amount of discipline throughout the activity.
The amount collected in the food festival will be used for social service activities to inculcate the spirit of service among the students. Ramagyans relished this flavorful learning experience. Principal Ms Aparna Magee applauded the students for putting up such a marvellous show.
