Ramagya School organized an IDS Yoga activity – ‘Run a Mile, Rest a While’ for the students of classes I to XII. Through this activity, the students were able to understand the importance of physical and mental well-being. The instructors helped the students in performing various Aasanas like Padmasan, Trikonasan, Chakrasan, Anulom- Vilom pranayam, etc. The students understood that Yoga if practiced regularly would be helpful to build their muscle strength and stay energetic. Students enjoyed the session which was also a great learning experience for them.
