Mock Marketing Activity

Money plays an important role in our everyday life. Class III students of Ramagya School, Noida participated in classroom activity “Mock Marketing” which made them learn the practical aspects of money.
In this activity, all the students of Class III visited the Vegetable vendor, asked the price, and bought their favourite vegetables for Rs.20.They learnt to calculate money -how much money they need to pay according to the weight of the vegetable and what is the balance amount which will be paid back to them. The students learned through the activity how to count money, recognize coins, notes, make the change and the difference between kg and gram. They also learned to relate the value of money to personal consumption.
