A few minutes of Yoga session during the day can help you get rid of stress that accumulates in the body and mind. Meditation helps you to relax and rejuvenate the body and mind. With this aim in mind, the Yoga session was organised for the pre-primary students through a virtual platform. The yoga Instructor took the yoga session with great dedication. The students participated with full interest, energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness. The teachers motivated the students to participate and follow all instructions. The session concluded with an interactive session between the instructor and the students. The session was very refreshing, reviving, and relaxing.
